Filmed in Austin, Texas in April of 2004, this impromptu video captures the talented singing group, the GBATTS, the (Getting Better All The Time Singers) started around 1983 by Liz Carpenter (former Press Secretary to First Lady Mrs. Lyndon Johnson) to get a group of people to sing at political rallies in East Texas. They are currently asked to perform at civic functions, retirement homes and other community events.
